The Ritz Paris is arguably the most famous hotel in the world. They challenged us to improve their digital customer experience in order to increase acquisitions across their platforms and stand out from growing competition.

Improved typography and iconography to make users grasp the room's features. An up-sell room section entices users with possibilities to make the stay even more special.

The Ritz Paris Club

Elevated the online experience with a prominent CTA and a user-friendly accordion table for the spa treatment menu. Transformed a lengthy 50+ page PDF brochure into a sleek, accessible design. Showcased additional experiences offered by The Ritz Paris through a quick-access promo carousel at the bottom of the page.

e-boutique

Transformed the user experience and design of the e-boutique website with updated navigation, refreshed menu, and added category introductions for improved functionality and user accessibility.
